On January 25^th, 2018 the National Hydrocarbons Commission (the “CNH”) published the call and rules of the second tender for onshore oil fields for Round 3. This bidding process is intended to award license contracts for the exploration and extraction of hydrocarbons in 37 contractual areas or blocks within onshore fields located in the Burgos, Tampico-Misantla, Veracruz and Southeastern Basins.
