Jessika advises and represents national and international clients in complex matters related to arbitration, civil and commercial litigation, administrative proceedings and constitutional actions. In the corporate side of cross-border deals, Jessika has experience negotiating and drafting contracts and settlement agreements, particularly insurance, arbitration, force majeure and guarantee provisions of the contract. In litigation, she develops legal strategies for the prevention or remediation of contingencies. She leads civil, commercial, administrative and constitutional litigations, on both a local and federal level in all stages of a case, implementing litigation strategies to allow his clients to meet their goals.
