Our firm works closely with its clients to obtain all types of licenses and permits that will allow them to render telecommunications services in Mexico. For that purpose we have incorporated telecommunications companies using the best financing projects and arrangements, ensuring full compliance with all the legal requirements applicable to these types of companies. We have also conducted negotiations and all related advisory services on behalf of our clients for inter-connection agreements with other licensed companies, especially Telmex, which remains the largest telecommunications network in Mexico.

In this context, our experience with regard to the scope, meaning and purpose of numerous provisions of the Federal Telecommunications Law is outstanding, which has permitted us to obtain through consultations, concessions and litigation, the best operating conditions in this area for our clients. Our telecommunications services therefore combine experience in litigation and antitrust in order to achieve advantages for our clients, challenging unfavorable resolutions or obtaining declarations of the Federal Competition Commission that require operators with substantial power to adopt a series of measures in benefit of free competition in this area.
