In labor matters we have a group of specialists who furnish consulting services before the various government agencies and the Federal and Local Labor Conciliation and Arbitration Boards.

Since the beginning of our practice in this area, we have devoted special attention to the representation of our corporate clients in all legal aspects of labor relations, including the drafting of collective bargaining agreements and their negotiation, both directly with union representatives and before the Ministry of Labor and other regulatory authorities.

Due to the structure of the labor laws, which procedurally favor the employee, the Firm’s objective, particularly in this area, has been to avoid litigation by providing preventive advice to our clients.
