She has advised leading multinational corporations in regards to their expansion and operations in Mexico and has considerable experience working in Banking & Finance matters including private bond issuance, SOFOMES (non-regulated multiple purpose financial entity), mortgages and master credit agreements. Furthermore, she has advised clients involved in complex commercial agreements. Additionally, she counsels foreign investors in the incorporation and opening of new companies and branches, also she has participated in several due-diligence processes.
