She has counseled leading foreign and domestic corporations in regards to International Arbitration with a commercial focus. Specific experience includes participating in commercial disputes as counsel, as well as supporting Arbitral Tribunals as administrative secretary. Furthermore, she has advised and handled proceedings administered and conducted under the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce, the American Arbitration Association, the London Court of International Arbitration, UNCITRAL and the Mexican Arbitration Center, among others. She has served as administrative secretary in both institutional and ad hoc arbitration proceedings. She counts with thorough experience with judicial proceedings related to arbitration, including nullity proceedings, precautionary measures and other interventions of the judiciary, being a key player in regards to the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards, both in Mexico and abroad. Additionally, she has counseled companies on litigation and government procurement matters. Her expertise further includes anticorruption and compliance investigations under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and under Mexican law and the development and implementation of corporate compliance rules.
