Our firm was founded in 1986, with the principles of excellence and integrity as its cornerstones. As a full-service law firm, Von Wobeser y Sierra covers sixteen areas of practice and six industry groups. These appointments strengthen our team, which now comprises seventeen partners, four of counsel, five counsel and more than eighty associates. We are proud of our diverse pool of world-class talent.
Our new partners include Raymundo Soberanis and Alejandro Orellana. Raymundo Soberanis is an expert in litigation, arbitration and anticorruption, with more than fifteen years of experience. Alejandro Orellana, who also has more than fifteen years of experience, focuses his practice on corporate law, M&A and real estate. The five new counsel are:
• Gloria Martínez whose practice is focused on corporate, M&A, fintech and data privacy.
• Pablo Fautsch who represents clients in litigation, arbitration, anti-corruption and bankruptcy matters.
• Gerardo Rodríguez who is an expert in competition and antitrust.
• Ariel Garfio who advises clients on energy and environmental law, as well as project development.
• Jessika Rocha who is focused on arbitration, litigation and bankruptcy.
The members of our Executive Committee provided comment in connection with the appointments.
