Update: Fifth extension of the suspension of time periods for the National Energy Control Center

The Ruling modifies and extends the period of suspension of the acts and proceedings carried out by the CENACE indefinitely, from July 1st, and until the health authorities declare that there is no epidemiological risk related to the gradual, cautious and orderly opening of activities related to the Federal Public Administration.

Finally, the Ruling states that, except for the extension mentioned above, the “Ruling that declares the suspension of time periods in the acts and proceedings carried out before the Administrative Units of the CENACE from, March 26 to April 19, 2020”, remains in full force and effect.
