Roberto Rosas offers legal advice to large leading international companies, financial institutions and banks. He has academic experience in the United States, Spain and Mexico. This gives him a unique global and integrated perspective when counseling clients, which are expanding internationally and that benefit from this outlook. He has guided both national and international clients, which are operating or setting up their operations in the Mexican market. Additionally, he has advised Mexican companies, which are expanding into other international markets. Roberto has experience assisting clients with complex corporate requirements from a cross border perspective, including corporate secretarial services with authorities on a local and international level, which certain countries are required to adhere to. Furthermore, he advises clients in regard to foreign investment and compliance matters requested by the Mexican government. He also handles the negotiation and revision of contracts. He has been involved in financial operations and some other outstanding matters which allow him to build a good knowledge for making decisions
