Katarina Lundahl

Lawyer


Katarina is a Finnish lawyer with extensive experience in public international law. Her expertise includes advising clients in regards to investment arbitration as well as international commercial arbitration. Her previous professional endeavors include: representing the Finnish Government at the Sixth (Legal) Committee of the UN General Assembly as well as working at international organizations in the Netherlands and in Bosnia-Herzegovina. She also counts with a background in the academia (University of Helsinki and the University of Amsterdam) where she actively participated in research related to investment arbitration and public international law. In addition to a solid understanding of both European laws and international law instruments, her broad international experience and language skills have given her the advantage of having a keen business understanding of different clients from diverse cultures. This cultural sensitivity and knowledge contributes to the full-scale legal service available to our internationally active clients.

She obtained her Law Degree, University of Helsinki, Finland, 2012.

She undertook a specialized course, Public International Law, The Hague Academy of International Law, The Hague, 2012.

She obtained her Master of Laws (LL.M.), first in her class (Valedictorian), University of Helsinki, Finland, 2014.

She occupied various board positions and the Presidency at The European Law Students’ Association (ELSA) Helsinki and Finland, 2007-2010.
