The Arbitration team of Von Wobeser y Sierra, S.C. led by Mr. Claus von Wobeser and Marco Tulio Venegas successfully represented AB-InBev in an arbitration subjected to Mexican Law which was brought by Grupo Modelo regarding the alleged breach of the Investment Agreement executed between the two companies.
The Escuela Libre de Derecho rendered a deserved tribute to Mr. Manuel Lizardi, counselor member of this firm, due to his naming as Professor Emeritus of the Escuela Libre de Derecho, and the publication of his work titled “Study of the General Corporations Act and Comments to its Articles”.
By unanimous decision a leading company in the chemicals industry in México won the arbitration case initiated by another competitor in the market regarding the alleged breach of a Purchase Agreement.
