We hereby inform you, that today the National Hydrocarbons Commission (the “CNH”) published the call and rules of the first tender for shallow waters for Round 3.
This bidding process is intended to award production-sharing contracts for the exploration and production of hydrocarbons at 35 contractual areas or blocks in shallow waters located within Burgos, Tampico-Misantla, Veracruz and Southeastern Basins.
The time frame for requesting the access to the information of the data room will begin in October 16, 2017 and will conclude on January 16, 2018, while the period for requesting the appointment for the prequalification will start today until January 19 2018. The documents for such prequalification must be submitted between January 22 and 24 of 2018.
