  • Ernesto is an associate of Von Wobeser y Sierra with more than nine years of experience in the Arbitration and Litigation practices. He is also part of the Automotive & Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, and Energy & Natural Resources industry groups.


    Availing of a multidisciplinary focus, he has represented and advised some of the most recognized foreign and Mexican companies on very different types of disputes, above all in the consumer goods and energy and natural resources industries. Ernesto has participated in the different stages of complex commercial, administrative and constitutional lawsuits and commercial and public works arbitrations, including the judicial procedures for enforcement or annulment of arbitral awards. His practice is also strong in administrative proceedings (rescission, nonconformity, conciliation and sanction, among others) before entities and agencies of all levels of government. His practice also covers tenders, contracts and public works. Ernesto prepares and executes his strategies so the client always obtains the best possible benefits, mitigating charges and reducing risks.
