Availing of a multidisciplinary focus, he has represented and advised some of the most recognized foreign and Mexican companies on very different types of disputes, above all in the consumer goods and energy and natural resources industries. Ernesto has participated in the different stages of complex commercial, administrative and constitutional lawsuits and commercial and public works arbitrations, including the judicial procedures for enforcement or annulment of arbitral awards. His practice is also strong in administrative proceedings (rescission, nonconformity, conciliation and sanction, among others) before entities and agencies of all levels of government. His practice also covers tenders, contracts and public works.
