  • Rodrigo is an associate of Von Wobeser y Sierra with more than ten years of experience in the Arbitration practice and he is part of the Energy & Natural Resources industry group.


    His work focuses on national and international commercial arbitration matters, investment arbitration and public works arbitration. He has participated as counsel and as assistant of the tribunal in numerous ad hoc and institutional arbitrations conducted according to a wide variety of rules. Rodrigo’s practice encompasses numerous industrial sectors: energy, oil and gas, mining, ports, manufacturing, and food and beverages, among others. He has experience in cases governed by Mexican law, by the laws of other countries and by international law. He also gives advice on judicial proceedings related to the enforcement, compliance with and annulment of arbitral awards. Rodrigo has taught classes and given conferences in different universities and institutions. He is currently professor of Philosophy of Law and Roman Law at Escuela Libre de Derecho.
