She is part of the Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions practice of the firm, and of the Automotive & Manufacturing and Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry groups. She is also a member of the German desk.
Her experience includes mergers, asset transfers, strategic alliances and joint ventures, both domestic and cross-border. She has dedicated an important part of her work to international transactions. Having studied law in Graz and being licensed to practice in Mexico, Anna-Maria advises high-profile clients from all over Europe, particularly Germany, Austria and Switzerland. She has participated in relevant investment projects in different industries in Mexico, especially automotive and manufacturing. She also regularly advises multinational clients in commercial transactions and contractual matters.
