The recent enactment of the secondary laws that integrate the body of laws which has become the base to build the new legal regime in the area of energy does not set onward a unique regime for dispute resolution. The reason for this is the diverse nature and interests behind each of the legal situations that are brought forth by the energy reform, which deserve a specific and differentiated approach.
