Founded in 1986, and acting as an adviser in multiple business transactions and disputes, we have provided integral legal services to national and foreign clients. Given the economic, political and legal characteristics of a country such as Mexico (where the majority of the business activity takes place in the capital city) our main offices are located in the Federal District. However our practice extends throughout the country, which is why our lawyers and other staff members are always available to travel to different regions of the country according to our clients needs. If an ongoing presence or frequent follow up of a particular matter outside of Mexico is necessary, we also have correspondents that help us in the daily follow up of such cases, but with the Firm always assuming the responsibility for and the oversight of the actions necessary to protect the interests of the client. For this purpose we have developed relationships with recognized firms in the main cities in the Mexican Republic. Throughout the years we have established close professional and friendly relations with law firms in the main cities of Asia, Canada, Latin America, the European Community and the United States with whom we maintain an excellent rapport. The Firm is currently composed of over 45 lawyers, where more than one third are women The languages spoken in the Firm include Spanish, English, German, French, Italian and Portuguese.
