• FOREIGN INVESTMENT

Since its beginnings, the Firm has been involved in investment projects in Mexico, advising both foreign and Mexican investors in joint venture projects with foreign enterprises.

As a consequence of the above, this Firm represents its clients before the applicable government agencies, including the National Foreign Investment Commission and the General Bureau of Foreign Investment, as well as the National Foreign Investment Registry.

Members of our Firm have actively participated as outside advisors in the drafting of legislation on the subject of foreign investment and are constantly at the forefront of amendments to any existing laws and regulations.
