In the corporate field we have varied and extensive experience ranging from the planning of corporate structures to the incorporation of companies, including the preparation of shareholder agreements, joint ventures and other corporate arrangements.

We have participated in many corporate restructurings, several of which involved principal Mexican financial, industrial and commercial groups as well as important foreign companies including some listed in the Fortune 500.

In addition, we have extensive experience in company legal audits and due diligence investigations for acquisitions, joint ventures or other similar purposes.

Our Firm also handles the day to day corporate matters of many of its clients, which include serving as corporate secretaries, examiners or board members representing the interests of our clients. Another facet of the administration of the daily corporate activities of our clients is the preparation of minutes of shareholder’s meetings, granting of powers of attorney, and transfer of shares together with all registrations required under Mexican Law.
